Kweens Shop Policy
If you’re contacting Kweens by email please allow 48 BUSINESS HOURS for a response. Please keep in mind we may respond to emails outside of our business hours at our leisure. Our current business hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3p.m. CST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all Holidays. You are free to shop 24/7 however we will only process orders and reply to emails during our normal business hours.
Product Availability
- Keep in mind a majority of our Tees and Earrings are made to order, meaning AFTER you order the product we make the product! While we keep most Tees and Earring products in stock on occasion we sell out of items. Limited edition items will NOT be restocked unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to delay, stop or cancel any order due to product availability.
Payments
- We accept all major credit cards and process all payments through Paypal. All transactions are secure. Please see Paypal’s Privacy Policy for more information. You do NOT need a Paypal account to checkout or process payments. Your credit card information is never stored on our website, however your shipping and billing address are stored in your account for a more speedy checkout process.
Shipping
- All of our Tees and Earrings are shipped from Austin, Texas, via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or Customs Declaration number. Our Tees, Snapbacks and Accessories are hand painted and drawn by hand and will be shipped within 3-14 business days after payment is received and processed UNLESS they are custom/made to order items. Our Shipping cost are flat rates depending on the package size ranging from $6.95 to $22.95. All items are shipped to the billing address you provide to Paypal during checkout. For security and insurance purposes we can only ship to the address you specify in Paypal, please make sure your Paypal details are up to date! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN A MISTAKE ON OUR BEHALF YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST.
- DOMESTIC: the United States takes anywhere from 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to reach you via Priority mail. Shipping Insurance is included on all Tees and Accessories and covers up to $50 on all items in a single order.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Once your item is processed by The United States Postal Service and you are provided with a tracking number we can NOT be held responsible for the expected delivery date provided by USPS or the package conditions once it has reached it’s destination. All matters regarding items with tracking numbers and delivery arrivals should be taken up with the United States Postal Service which can be reached at 1-800-275-8777 or by visiting USPS.com
Returns
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Kweens Royal Tees does not accept returns for refunds or credits. If we do decide to refund any order at our discretion a 33% restock fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order. Please be sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. You have 24 hours to contact us for any corrections regarding the item for a wrong size ONLY via email [email protected].
Damaged/Lost Items
- Kweens Royal Tees is not held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in shipping transition. You are covered for damages only provided by USPS "Shipping Insurance". You must contact your local post office at 1-800-275-8777 or by visiting USPS.com to file a claim.
- If there is a flaw in the product that deems the item "unusable" you may exchange it for the same item or one of equal or lesser value. There is no guarantee Kweens will have the same item in stock. You will be held responsible for return shipping fees.
